Account Registration and Management

Deposits and Funding
Section 5 of 16jilligg accepts deposits in Philippine Pesos (PHP) through the following approved payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and InstaPay. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 for e-wallet methods and ₱500 for bank transfer methods.
5.1 — Deposit Processing
Deposits made via GCash and PayMaya are credited to your jilligg wallet instantly upon successful confirmation from the payment provider. Bank transfer deposits are credited within 30 minutes to 2 hours depending on the sending bank and time of day. jilligg is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
5.2 — Own Funds Requirement
You must only deposit funds that you lawfully own and that are free from any third-party claims. The use of stolen payment credentials, fraudulently obtained funds, or payment methods registered in another person's name is strictly prohibited and will be reported to the appropriate authorities.
5.3 — Deposit Limits

Where a deposit limit has been set by the Player, it cannot be increased for a minimum cooling-off period. jilligg also reserves the right to impose deposit limits on accounts as part of responsible gaming or compliance measures.
Withdrawals and Payment Processing
Section 6 of 16Withdrawals from your jilligg wallet are subject to the following conditions:
- Your account must have completed KYC verification before any withdrawal will be processed.
- Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as the jilligg account and verified KYC identity.

7.1 — Wagering Requirements
Bonus funds awarded by jilligg are subject to a wagering requirement, which must be completed before the bonus balance or associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal. Wagering requirements are stated as a multiplier (e.g., 30×) applied to the bonus amount. Unless stated otherwise, slot games contribute 100% toward wagering requirements. 7.2 — Bonus Validity
All bonuses have a validity period during which wagering requirements must be completed. Game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generators (RNG) operated by the respective providers. jilligg does not manipulate game outcomes and has no ability to alter results generated by provider RNG systems.
In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during gameplay:

Prohibited Conduct and Fraud Prevention

- Creating more than one account or assisting any other person to create a duplicate account.

Where a Player's account is found to have engaged in any of the above activities, jilligg reserves the right to void all bets placed, forfeit all balances including bonus and real-money funds, and close the account permanently without appeal.

Account Termination and Suspension
Section 11 of 16jilligg reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close a Player's account at any time and without prior notice in the following circumstances:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions or any specific game or promotion rules.
- Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period after being requested.
- Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other criminal conduct.
- A request from a regulatory authority, law enforcement agency, or payment processor.
- Detection of a prohibited conduct violation as described in Section 9.
- Account inactivity for more than 12 consecutive months, where advance notice has been provided.
A Player may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting jilligg's customer support team. Upon closure, jilligg will process any remaining verified balance to the Player's registered withdrawal method, subject to all applicable withdrawal conditions and the completion of any pending KYC requirements. Bonus funds that have not yet been released through completed wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.
Limitation of Liability
Section 12 of 16To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, jilligg's total liability to any Player for any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total amount of real-money funds deposited by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall exclude or limit jilligg's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.
Intellectual Property Rights
Section 13 of 16All content, design elements, software, game interfaces, graphical assets, trademarks, service marks, logos, and trade names displayed on the jilligg platform — including the "jilligg" name and brand identity — are the exclusive property of jilligg or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the jilligg platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This license does not include the right to:
- Copy, reproduce, modify, or create derivative works from any jilligg content.
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software or technology used on the platform.
